Well, it’s true that brewing beer is not an inexpensive kitchen pursuit. Buying beer is certainly more economical; however, it is not half as satisfying as tasting homemade beer. If you want to start your own brewpub plant, there is a number of brewing equipment you have to purchase. In fact, some of them are expensive. There are some specialized dealers selling a variety of high quality brewing equipment you may need for your home brewery plant or a brewpub plant

What are the major brewing materials required to set up a brewery?

A large boiling pot made of ceramic coated steel or stainless steel; Buy a bigger pot as it has to hold at least three gallons of liquid with some room to spare.

One five-gallon carboy; It is a big glass bottle identical to the bottles that store a large amount of water. However, these should be made of glass in order to brew beer.

You will require a large funnel so as to transfer the wort to the carboy.

A six-gallon plastic "bottling" bucket provided with a lid

Siphon hose which is a long plastic tubing used to transfer the beer from the carboy to the bottling bucket and then into the bottles

Racking cane, an ingenious bit of shaped, hard plastic tubing used to connect the siphon hose in order to transfer the beer between containers

Fermentation lock to seal the beer from outside contamination whilst allowing the carbon dioxide to escape the fermenter; this fermentation lock should fit in a hole in the carboy’s lid.

A long spoon for stirring; Be sure you buy a spoon with a long handle so that you don’t suffer any burns.

             Get sealable glass bottles.

A bottle-capper to secure caps onto the bottles; use any style that attracts your fancy.

Bottle caps to cap your bottles

An iodine solution or household bleach to sanitize the brewing equipment

A good thermometer having a range of at least 40 degrees F to 150 degrees F; you can buy either a stainless steel dial thermometer or a floating dairy thermometer.

Just make sure you buy these materials from a reliable and reputed dealer.
